Disruptive™ Development Practice provides leadership development, communication training, coaching, facilitation, instructional design, and related organizational development services. Payment & Billing

Cancellation & Rescheduling
Workshops, coaching sessions, and meetings must be canceled or rescheduled with reasonable advance notice. Unless otherwise stated in your agreement, cancellations made within 14 days of a scheduled session may be billed at the full rate. We will work collaboratively with clients to accommodate changes when possible.

Intellectual Property
All content, training materials, designs, documents, slides, videos, assessments, and resources created or provided by Disruptive™ Development Practice remain our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, copy, or share materials without express written permission. Certain assessments and tools (e.g., Everything DiSC® and CliftonStrengths®) are licensed and subject to their own intellectual property terms.

Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality with respect to all client communications, participant contributions, assessment results, coaching conversations, and organizational information shared during our work together. You agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary materials or insights we provide.

Liability
Our workshops and coaching programs are designed to support skill development, communication improvement, and leadership growth. We are not responsible for decisions, actions, or outcomes taken by individuals or organizations as a result of participating in our programs. Our services do not replace legal, psychological, therapeutic, or medical advice.
