CliftonStrengths® How I Lead, Coach, and Connect
CliftonStrengths (formerly StrengthsFinder) measures your instinctive patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving. It groups talents into themes and helps people understand what they’re naturally good at so they can improve performance, teamwork, and communication.
Using that framework, my top five strengths are listed below:
-
I bring energy, optimism, and encouragement into every room. Teams feel supported and motivated especially during challenging conversations or moments of tension.
-
I see potential in people before they see it in themselves. This Strength drives how I nurture growth, celebrate progress, and help individuals step into their strongest selves.
-
I connect with what people feel, even when it’s unspoken. This creates psychological safety and allows me to guide teams through honest, vulnerable, and breakthrough conversations
-
I believe in excellence and follow-through. My workshops are structured, intentional, and designed for real impact — not just learning for learning’s sake.
-
I help people find common ground, reduce friction, and communicate with clarity and respect. Harmony allows me to turn conflict into connection and misalignment into shared understanding.
Let’s design a Strengths-based development experience tailored to your team.
My DiSC® Style: Si (Steadiness + Influence)
DiSC is a personality and communication assessment that helps people understand how they naturally behave at work. It groups behaviors into four styles:
D – Dominance: Direct, decisive, and focused on results
I – Influence: Social, enthusiastic, and people-oriented
S – Steadiness: Calm, supportive, and dependable
C – Conscientiousness: Analytical, detail-focused, and quality-driven
Understanding the model is helpful—but even more valuable is knowing your own style. My DiSC results are Si.
-
My S side brings calm, patience, and a people-first approach, creating the trust and safety. I stay grounded, steady, and supportive especially when emotions or tensions rise.
-
My I side helps me bring energy, connection, and genuine warmth into every room. It allows me to create an engaging environment where people feel comfortable opening up, sharing honestly, and leaning into the work.
Let’s design a DiSC-powered workshop that moves your team forward.
The Heart of My Work
At the heart of my work is a simple belief: When people understand themselves, they connect differently, and that changes everything.
I create learning experiences that spark clarity, confidence, and connection. My work goes beyond skill-building; it’s about shifting mindsets and helping people lead with intention.
I’m known for:
Guiding professionals and teams to uncover their strengths
Facilitating experiences that feel safe, energizing, and deeply human
Helping individuals and teams communicate with more purpose, alignment, and authenticity
This is where disruption becomes development and where people step into who they’re meant to be.
Academic Credentials & Teaching Experience
I hold a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership and a Master’s in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, bringing that academic foundation into every facet of my teaching, coaching, and facilitation.
Throughout my career, I’ve taught at institutions including the University of Phoenix, Strayer University, and Houston Community College. Currently, I serve as a Lecturer in the College of Engineering at the University of Houston, teaching within the Human Resource Development program.
At the heart of my teaching philosophy is a deep belief that learning should feel real, relevant, and empowering. I design learning experiences that bridge theory and practice, and prepare people for the challenges they face every day, whether it’s leading a team, navigating change, or communicating with intent and impact.
Ultimately, my goal is for every learner to leave not only with new knowledge but with clarity and courage to apply it in ways that foster both personal and professional growth.
“Disruption isn’t chaos, it’s clarity. Knowing who you are, reading the room, and leading with intention.” ⚡
